Guarantees

The benefits, comfort and general suitability are guaranteed: you can return your BackShape at any time for a full refund, provided only that it is undamaged and you include the straps, and that you state in an accompanying note that you have read and applied all the instructions, that you've tried it for at least 15 minutes, and what seat you tried it on.  Also we can only refund to the original card that was used to buy it.  There is no time limit to this guarantee, and the refund includes outgoing postage if you paid it.

Occasionally we're asked if this guarantee is genuine - it is and we always honour it: customers are buying at a distance and no product suits everyone, however well it's designed. There is no time limit because we want to encourage customers to try alternatives before they commit to a return. And in fact the guarantee is not expensive to provide because the return rate is only about one percent.

The BackShape support is made to high standards. The foam core is of very high quality and extremely durable, and the almost unbreakable woven polypropylene straps are attached to a fastening strip across the back to form a continuous loop that does not load the seams of the cover, and so will never distort the fabric or tear out.

Your purchase price and return postage (cheapest signed for) will be refunded if a manufacturing defect occurs and you return the support to the address here within one year of purchase, with proof of purchase date. This is in addition to your statutory rights (so far in all the years we have been making BackShapes, we have not had any returns for a defect).
