About Us: Open Ergonomics is a professionally qualified ergonomics research and consultancy company in central England. Formed in 1992, we have an extensive client list of major organisations, together with many well-known customers of our benchmark PeopleSize anthropometry product. Our BackShape back support is a uniquely comfortable and effective design, based on expert knowledge of the human body. Students: We can't give help with your projects, but we try to give useful information in the Ergonomics Zone. For data, we don't give individual educational discounts, there are discounted site licences of PeopleSize that your school or college can buy, for the benefit of all students. Adultdata, Childata and Older Adultdata: these UK Government Department of Trade and Industry (DTi) anthropometry books used a version of PeopleSize data from 1999, under licence, but they are not available from us or anywhere else now, unfortunately, that department closed.
